Broker Status & Entity Representation

Prime Lever Capital is an independent commercial capital advisory firm and loan broker. Prime Lever Capital is not a bank, credit union, direct lender, depository institution, or broker-dealer. We do not originate, underwrite, fund, or service loans. We evaluate financial structures, package financing requests, and introduce commercial borrowers to third-party lenders and institutional capital sources. Prime Lever Capital is not an agent, representative, or affiliate of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) or any government entity.

Broker Compensation & Borrower Fees

Prime Lever Capital does not charge applicants or business owners any upfront, application, processing, or advisory brokerage fees for evaluating or submitting funding requests.

Our compensation is paid directly by the third-party funding partner or lender that successfully funds your transaction. Lender origination, underwriting, or referral fees are built into the financing structure and fully disclosed on written offers provided to you prior to execution. For SBA-guaranteed financing, all broker referral fees are disclosed on SBA Form 159 as required by federal regulations.

State Commercial Financing Disclosures

Prime Lever Capital monitors and complies with applicable state commercial financing disclosure statutes. Financing products and availability vary by jurisdiction and are subject to state-specific licensing, registration, and disclosure standards.

If your business operates in a state with active commercial financing disclosure laws (including California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Vermont), the funding partner — assisted by Prime Lever Capital — will provide required written disclosures prior to offer acceptance. These disclosures outline the total financing amount, finance charges, estimated annual percentage rate (APR) or factor rate, repayment schedule, term length, and any prepayment conditions.

No Guarantee of Approval or Specific Terms

Submission of an inquiry, completion of the Cash Lever X-Ray diagnostic, or engagement of our advisory services does not guarantee financing approval, issuance of a term sheet, or funding within a specific timeframe.

All financing is subject to independent credit evaluation and underwriting approval by third-party lenders. Figures shown across this website (including rates, terms, calculators, and estimates) are for general informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice.
